IYO 7th Year Anniversary Celebration

Isaac Yowman and The IYO Visions Team ended March on a celebratory note in Houston Thursday night. They celebrated their 7th anniversary with an invite only black and white affair that included an elaborate dinner experience and the first ever-video backdrop. IYO visuals have had a tremendous amount of local & national success within the last 7 years. The evening gathered their VIP clients, business partners, influencers, and colleagues to celebrate the company's achievements.

Giving back to the community is very important to The IYO Visual Team who believes the three keys to life are to “seize, create, and share.” During the night Isaac announced that he and the founder of Legends Do Live, Jarren Smalls have teamed up to help youth combine the world of tech with the world of arts.

“This youth enrichment program is important for us because we want to help inner city youth an opportunity to learn about digital media because that's the new wave this day and age. We need to have somebody here on the team to teach those younger individuals in our future of creative.”

It was also announced that The IYO Vision Team would be collaborating on some music with former football running back and host of “Now What” podcast, Arian Foster. (Now SIP on that.)

Before the upscale dinner kicked off, the guest got to experience a red carpet event hosted by Ky Myers. I got a chance to talk with a few of the about how technology has impacted their careers.

Comedian Phil Wade: “I use the internet to just let everybody see what I do when I’m in my room by myself.” “I use social media because it’s the most powerful tool in the world that any individual in the world can use to broaden their horizon, make money an live their dreams.”

DJ Chose: “Technology single handedly changed the way I market.” "Before technology, I was one of those kids right in between get out and go do it and oh we have the Internet now.” “Back in the day I would spend $5000 on an album and then go out and promote it now, you can do everything from the house.”

Arian Foster: “If it wasn't for technology, I wouldn't have a podcast.”
